Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Cups Recipe

If you have been on the Weight Watchers program for a while then your have probably heard about PB2 powdered peanut butter. It is an easy way to enjoy peanut butter flavor without all the points. I always keep some in my pantry.

You will want to thaw a container of fat free cool whip to room temperature for this recipe. One container contains 14 smart points and the two tablespoons of PB2 you will use are just 1 point. This recipe makes 7 peanut butter cups, each one being two points. Optionally, you can add a swirl of calorie free chocolate syrup to the top of these. I love this Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup which is zero points.

To make this Weight Watchers peanut butter snack recipe, start off by adding 2 tablespoons of PB2 powder to one container of fat free Cool Whip in a medium bowl.
